Experience
Following is an experience during meditation on twin hearts one evening.

I am feeling relaxed.
I am hearing more sounds in surroundings.
I am feeling calm.

Below is a symbolic representation of twin hearts. The upper flower is the symbol used for "Crown Chakra". The lower flower symbolises "Heart Chakra". The vertical stem symbolises "Sushumna Nadi" and the connection (root) of crown chakra to the nadi, while the horizontal stem represents root or connection of heart chakra to the nadi. The black dot above the flowers symbolises a point of light and the little black dots symbolises light radiated from the point of light.
