Steam can move an entire train when applied one pointedly on the pistons of steam engine.
Every action requires energy. And we also use energy for thinking. So what will happen when we think about something and do something else. Will the action receive full amount of power?
We always have many interesting matters to think about. Past memories, future plans and current work in hand are the primary categories of thinking matters. All of them are good.
We enjoy all of them. But did you experience that while doing a work at hand sometimes a memory keeps on popping in head and sometimes future plans keeps on asking for our attention. Yes? Then what can be done?

My opinion is, developing a good control on our mind is the solution.
Master Choa Kok Sui has introduced Arhatic Yoga (AY) to the public. According to the author when you practice this yoga, your emotions become less chaotic. Mind becomes clearer. You are in a better control of your life.
I have been practicing this Yoga for a while and observed a significant change in my life. Though perfect control on my thoughts is still seems to be on the way. I am inspired to practice this yoga as it gives a hope for more efficient working.
