Today I wish to bring light on certain activities which contribute to our good health and without which it is difficult, if not impossible, to maintain good health.
Consider following facts. We eat and defecate. We drink and urinate. We inhale and exhale. Similarly, we intake energy as fresh prana and throw out used up prana.
In all of the above mentioned actions we intake matter, use up energy and throw out energy deprived matter.
Thus, we can conclude that there are three noteworthy activities.
1. Intaking
2. Using (perform activities)
3. And Throwing away
Improvising these activities can significantly improve one's health.
