Introduction to Prana and its Assimilation

Universal law of energy and matter.

The universe is made of pure energy and pure matter. Every being is made up of a combination of pure energy and matter. Without appropriate combination life is difficult and sufferable. It is the right combination that brings good health on various levels viz. physical, emotional, mental and others.

For the current age, we need to raise energy level for healthy living.

What is Prana?
Prana is a vitality globule packed with energy and it also contains matter. The ratio of energy and matter depends on many factors like type of prana, source of prana and others. Energy of a prana can also increase and decrease meaning Prana can act as energy capacitor which is able to absorb energy, hold energy and dissipate energy. It's capacity depends on it's type.

Types and sources of Prana.
Solar Prana comes from Sun
Air Prana comes from Air
Ground Prana comes from Ground

Methods of absorbing Prana(s).
Solar Prana ca be absorbed by taking a Sun bath, by drinking water exposed to Sun
Air prana can be absorbed by taking walk in morning near trees, Breathing exercises.
Ground prana can be absorbed by eating fresh fruits and vegetables.

Assimilation of Prana

After absorbing the Prana, body takes time to assimilate the Prana. It gradually becomes part of the body. The old prana is expelled. Consciousness plays a vital role in holding up the Prana. Evolved consciousness can hold prana with more energy while young consciousness does not assimilate prana with high energies and simply expels it.
